These terms apply to orders placed with Quality Hive Enterprise through this website.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if your order details need clarification.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. The total at checkout includes the selected delivery fee. Payment is processed securely through Paystack, and an order is confirmed after successful payment.
Delivery
Delivery within Lagos takes 24–48 hours after confirmed payment, on business days only. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed during a weekend will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by availability, traffic, weather, address issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be charged to the customer.
Returns, damage and incorrect items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable food unless an item is damaged or incorrect when delivered. Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us promptly with clear photographs and your order details if there is a problem.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances. Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Once sourcing, packing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible. Approved refunds will be returned through the available payment method and may take time to appear.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, quantities, prices, delivery information and contact details before payment. Perishable products should be stored appropriately immediately after delivery.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services or policies change. The terms displayed when an order is placed apply to that order.
